Physicians are contracted rather than employed, and no medical director or pharmacy partner is named publicly. One genuinely good detail: the terms allow you to nominate a different licensed pharmacy instead of the default partner, which very few competitors offer.

The brand halo cuts both ways

The main reason a shopper trusts this offer is the name on it. That is worth examining. The Bodybuilding Health Plus Trustpilot profile carried only a few dozen reviews when we checked — far too few to characterise typical service — with complaints clustering on cancellation, billing, slow and repetitive support, and one account of a different dose arriving than the one requested. Meanwhile Bodybuilding.com's own Trustpilot profile sits at roughly 2.1 out of 5 across several hundred reviews. A familiar brand is not the same thing as a good service record, and here the familiar brand does not have one.

Judge the service on Dynamo Group's record, not on how long you have been buying protein powder.

What does it cost?

Checked on 7 August 2026, compounded semaglutide was $179 for a promotional first month against a regular one-month price of $279, then $159/month on the 3-month bundle ($477 total), $149/month on the 6-month, and $139/month on the 12-month. Compounded tirzepatide started at $209 for a promotional first month against a $319 regular one-month rate, also reaching $139/month on the longest bundle. A '$100 off your first month' promotion was running. On the longevity and sexual health side, NAD+ and sermorelin start from $129/month, GHK-Cu topical from $129, glutathione injection from $179, PT-141 injection from $169, and tadalafil or sildenafil from $96. Microdosing protocols are offered but we could not find separate published pricing for them. Note that the bundles are the discount mechanism — and bundles are exactly where the refund policy hurts most.

What is the refund policy, really?

This is the harshest refund policy we have reviewed on this site, and you should read it before anything else. Three provisions matter. First, the medical consult fee is 'not subject to or eligible for a refund, regardless of whether a prescription is ultimately issued' — so unlike most competitors, being turned down by the clinician does not get your money back. Second, all prescription sales are final once dispensed, with refunds explicitly denied for change of mind, 'dissatisfaction with results or individual outcomes', and 'side effects, intolerances, or deciding to discontinue treatment'. Third, you can only cancel an order before a pharmacy accepts it for fulfilment. Damaged or defective deliveries must be reported within 7 days. Federal rules do genuinely prevent returning dispensed medication, so part of this is standard — but charging a non-refundable consult fee to someone you then decline is not, and neither is ruling out refunds for intolerance.

Are the medications FDA-approved?

No, and Bodybuilding Health+ says so directly, which is worth crediting. Its own terms state: 'Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not approved by the FDA and have not been evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.' The GLP-1 pages carry a similar disclaimer. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies for patient-specific prescriptions; they share an active ingredient with Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro or Zepbound but are not equivalent to them and carry no FDA approval. The same applies to the NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and GHK-Cu products, none of which are FDA-approved for the uses marketed here. Since neither semaglutide nor tirzepatide is currently in shortage, ask what clinical basis supports compounding in your particular case.

What should I know about the PT-141 injection?

One point that most reviews miss. Bremelanotide — sold here as PT-141 — is an FDA-approved drug: Vyleesi, approved in June 2019 for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women, given by injection. Federal compounding law generally bars a 503A pharmacy from compounding a product that is 'essentially a copy' of a commercially available approved drug unless it is on the shortage list. A compounded PT-141 injection is the same molecule by the same route as Vyleesi, which puts it on contested ground. We are not aware of FDA enforcement against bremelanotide compounding, and this is a legal-status question rather than a safety alarm — but it is a fair thing to raise with the prescriber before you buy, and it is not addressed on the product page.

There is not much to go on, and what exists is mixed. The Bodybuilding Health Plus Trustpilot profile carried only a few dozen reviews when we checked — a very small sample for a nationwide service, and consistent with a storefront that launched in spring 2026. Positive reviewers mention a smooth sign-up and cold-chain packaging that arrived properly chilled. How does it compare on price?

Well, if you commit. At $139/month on a 12-month bundle, compounded semaglutide from Bodybuilding Health+ is cheaper than most named providers on this site and competitive with the aggressive discounters. The catch is the interaction between long bundles and the refund policy: the cheapest rate requires the longest commitment, and the policy rules out refunds if you cannot tolerate the medication. A single month at the $279 regular rate is expensive by category standards. That structure pushes you toward a commitment you cannot unwind — which is exactly the decision to make slowly.

Who should not use these medications?

GLP-1 receptor agonists are contraindicated in anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, and in anyone who has had a serious allergic reaction to the drug. They should not be used in pregnancy, while trying to conceive, or while breastfeeding. Common side effects are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation, usually worst while titrating; more serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease and kidney injury. Sermorelin acts on the growth hormone axis and should not be started by anyone with a current or past cancer without specialist advice. Tadalafil and sildenafil must never be combined with nitrates, and PT-141 can raise blood pressure and cause nausea and flushing. Because the compounded products have no approved labelling, there is no official contraindication list for them — another reason to review the whole plan with your own clinician. How much weight will I lose?

No provider can promise you an outcome, and neither will we. For context from trials of the FDA-approved branded products: in STEP 1, adults with overweight or obesity without diabetes taking semaglutide 2.4 mg weekly with lifestyle support lost a mean 14.9% of body weight at 68 weeks, versus 2.4% on placebo (Wilding et al., New England Journal of Medicine, 2021). In SURMOUNT-1, tirzepatide 15 mg produced a mean 20.9% reduction at 72 weeks versus 3.1% on placebo. Both trials ran well over a year and studied the approved branded injectables — not compounded preparations, and not microdosed protocols, which by design deliver less drug and have not been studied for comparable weight outcomes.
