What the new platform says it offers
Zenbody RX announced its telehealth launch in a September 12, 2026 company release. The release describes an assessment, provider review, delivery and continued support through an app. It is a company announcement, not an independent test of response times or patient outcomes.
The current website lists semaglutide from $149 per month and tirzepatide from $179, alongside a first-month promotion. Its FAQ says prices can change with prescribed dose. A starter figure should therefore travel with the selected format, supply period and later charge when you compare plans.
Write down the route before comparing evidence
Zenbody’s offer includes injectable and oral compounded formats. Ask for the full product description, ingredients, route and dispensing pharmacy. The name of an active ingredient is only one part of identifying a prescription; it does not make different formulations interchangeable.
A trial involving a specific injected drug cannot, by itself, establish the performance of a compounded tablet. Zenbody’s research section acknowledges that its cited studies did not establish effectiveness for its compounded formulations. That is a useful boundary to retain when reading the surrounding marketing. This review does not estimate weight loss for any Zenbody product.
The label should agree with the prescription
Before using a prescribed medicine, have the pharmacist explain the supplied label and instructions, including how to resolve an unclear measurement. Keep the packaging and the pharmacy contact information. Our guide to prescription documents explains why a general web page cannot replace instructions for the item dispensed.
The terms name Rush Pharmacy as a partner and explain that Zenbody itself is not acting as the pharmacy. That makes it important to identify the actual dispenser for your order. We did not independently verify this pharmacy’s licence or the credentials of a clinician assigned to a particular patient.
Read renewal and cancellation before the first discount
Zenbody’s subscription terms describe recurring charges at the interval shown during checkout. Cancellation can be requested through patient support or the provider, with provider-specific procedures potentially applying. The terms generally describe charges as non-refundable unless a separate return or refund policy provides otherwise.
Save the exact first payment, the next scheduled payment and the cancellation instructions supplied with your plan. Ask whether a dose change affects the next invoice before authorizing it. Stopping future renewal, ending clinical care and seeking a refund for an existing order are separate conversations; a single cancellation message may not settle all three.
Our reading of the offer
The FDA’s compounding explanation distinguishes compounded medicines from approved finished products. Zenbody’s compounded options are not FDA-approved. The practical question is which product, if any, a clinician considers appropriate for the individual, rather than which format has the most appealing sales page.
The platform’s published value is an online route to assessment with continued communication and tracking. Its comparison challenges are changing prices and multiple formulations. We reviewed public pages and terms without enrolling or receiving treatment. Until the exact product and ongoing bill are clear, we would keep this as a provider to investigate rather than give it an outcome-based rating.
Common questions
Does an injectable-drug trial validate Zenbody’s oral compound?
No. The evidence must match the product and route being considered; Zenbody itself notes limits on applying the cited research to its formulations.
Does Zenbody promise the same price at every dose?
Its FAQ says the price can change with the prescribed dose. Confirm the continuing charge for the selected plan.
