That structure is the strongest argument for it. The concern with at-home ketamine generally is platforms that mail a dissociative drug to someone with depression and provide little else. Bundling licensed therapy into the protocol — rather than treating ketamine as a standalone product — is the responsible version of this model.

A large published study did find telehealth-supported at-home ketamine largely safe and well tolerated — that is real evidence and worth weighing — but it does not make this an approved treatment. Its use for depression, PTSD or anxiety is off-label — a legitimate practice based on clinical judgement and a real and growing evidence base, but not an approved indication, and not something the FDA has evaluated for this purpose.
