More than the headline figure. Checked on 29 July 2026, Male Excel advertises medication from $95/month for oral Triclozene, $120/month for injectable testosterone cypionate with thyroid, and $132/month for the topical Lipoderm cream with thyroid — each billed bi-monthly as a 60-day supply, plus shipping and handling. On top of that sits a mandatory $99/month medical membership and a one-time $99 initial consultation. Realistically that puts the injectable protocol around $219/month before shipping, with roughly $99 due upfront. If a quote you see anywhere omits the membership, it is not the real price.

Does Male Excel prescribe Ozempic, Wegovy or compounded semaglutide?

What is the Excel Advantage protocol and is daily microdosing better?

Male Excel's protocol uses small daily doses rather than the larger weekly or bi-weekly injections used in conventional TRT, and the company says this smooths hormone levels and reduces side effects. There is a plausible pharmacological rationale — smaller, more frequent doses produce less peak-to-trough variation — but this is the company's positioning, not an established standard of care, and we found no large independent trial demonstrating superior outcomes versus standard protocols. Treat it as a reasonable approach some clinicians favour, not a proven advantage.

Will TRT affect my fertility?

Yes, and this matters. Exogenous testosterone suppresses the body's own production and can substantially reduce sperm count, sometimes persistently. This is why Male Excel's Triclozene option is relevant: clomiphene citrate stimulates your own testosterone production through the pituitary instead of replacing it, which preserves fertility. Note that clomiphene is not FDA-approved for male hypogonadism — that use is off-label. If you may want children, raise it explicitly before starting any protocol.

What are the side effects and who should not take testosterone?
