Approved product information advises against co-administering PDE5 inhibitors: they work by the same mechanism, so combining them produces additive vasodilation, raising the risk of low blood pressure, dizziness, headache and visual disturbance, and the combination has not been studied for added benefit.
Apomorphine compounds the problem.
