Edibles are not inhaled cannabis. They take longer to arrive — commonly 45 minutes to two hours — hit harder, and last six to eight hours or more. A 15mg delta-9 gummy is a substantial dose for anyone without tolerance, and the 25mg delta-8 gummies are not a small serving either. Start with half, wait a full two hours, and never redose because 'it is not working'. Do not combine with alcohol. Do not drive or operate machinery for the rest of the day. And keep them somewhere children and pets cannot reach — they look and taste like sweets, and paediatric edible exposures are a well-documented emergency department presentation.

What happens to these products on 12 November 2026?

This is the single most important thing on this page, and it applies more forcefully to Summit than to any CBD brand we have reviewed. Under the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp meant cannabis with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight — a delta-9-only test that allowed a whole industry of delta-8, delta-10, HHC and high-dose delta-9 edibles to exist. Congress narrowed that definition in December 2025. Effective 12 November 2026, hemp is defined by total THC of no more than 0.3%, and synthetic or lab-made cannabinoids are excluded outright. Delta-8 is typically converted from CBD, and HHC is typically produced by hydrogenation — both are squarely in the path of that change, and the total-THC standard also captures the large low-percentage-by-weight delta-9 edibles that this category is built on. Federal agencies have not published a detailed enforcement plan, so exactly what happens in November is genuinely uncertain. What is not uncertain is that buying a long subscription or bulk order now is a bet on a rule that has already been written against it.

Are these products legal where I live?

It depends on the product and the state, and Summit handles this better than most. Is HHC well understood?

No, and that is worth being direct about. Hexahydrocannabinol is a hydrogenated cannabinoid that has been sold in the hemp market only in recent years, and the published research on its pharmacology, potency and safety in humans is thin compared with delta-9 THC — which itself has far more evidence behind it. You are buying a psychoactive compound with a much shorter safety record and no established dosing literature. It is also the product in Summit's range most clearly captured by the exclusion of synthetic cannabinoids from the new federal hemp definition. If you are going to buy from this range, the delta-9 gummies are the better-understood option.

Does this help with weight loss, or work alongside a GLP-1?

No to the first, and be careful with the second. THC has no evidence base as a weight-loss aid, and Summit does not claim otherwise — its site carries the standard disclaimer that products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. In fact the relationship runs the other way: THC is well known for increasing appetite, which is the precise opposite of what a GLP-1 medication is doing for you. There is also a practical interaction worth knowing. GLP-1s slow gastric emptying, which can change how quickly an edible is absorbed and therefore how long onset takes and how intense it feels — an unpredictable variable in a product where predictability is what keeps the experience pleasant.
