It was never finished, and you can read that for yourself. Shopify supplies merchants with a refund-policy template containing bracketed placeholders to fill in. What we could not find was corroboration of scale: Trustpilot lists a single review for this domain, which is not enough to draw any conclusion from, and it sits awkwardly beside a marketing claim of over 100,000 customers.
