What moves a provider down: an FDA warning letter, a poor BBB record, marketing that describes compounded medication as FDA-approved, or a refund policy that leaves the buyer carrying all the risk. Roughly a dozen providers on this site carry FDA warning letters and several carry BBB F grades; none of them appear on this page.

The right-hand column is the one worth reading twice. Every provider in this category has a catch, and the cheapest headline prices generally carry the biggest ones — long prepayments, promotional rates that expire, or a service record that does not support the price. A provider at $129 with a clean record is usually a better purchase than one at $69 with a BBB F.
How To Choose
Start with insurance, not with a discount code
If you have coverage that includes weight-management medication, a brand-name GLP-1 through an insurance-navigating provider can cost less than any cash-pay compounded plan — and you get an FDA-approved product. Check that first. Cash-pay compounding is the fallback when coverage is not available, not the default.
Price the dose you will end up on
Providers advertising flat pricing at every dose are quoting you a number that will still be true in six months. Providers that price by dose are not. Since almost everyone titrates upward, the flat-rate quote is the honest comparison.
Read the refund policy before the price
Most people do not know whether a GLP-1 suits them until they have taken it for a few weeks. A provider whose cheapest rate needs a twelve-month prepayment, and whose refund policy ends the moment medication ships, is asking you to bet on an outcome you cannot yet predict.
Check the regulatory record yourself
The FDA has issued well over 100 warning letters to telehealth firms over compounded GLP-1 marketing since September 2025. The BBB profile is the other five-minute check worth doing. Both are free, public, and more informative than any testimonial page.
